We collect only what you choose to give us. The forms on this site (Contact and Get a Free Estimate) ask for your name, phone number, email address, town or street address, and details about your project — the rooms you want conditioned, your current heating system, and whatever else you write in.
Our web host also records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — the same technical data any website receives. We don't tie that to your form submissions.
One reason: to connect you with a licensed HVAC contractor who can quote your job. That's the entire purpose of this site.
Your submitted information goes to the independent HVAC contractor serving your town, so they can follow up with you directly. It also passes through our email delivery service in transit.
Beyond that, no one. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with data brokers or advertising networks. We do not add you to a marketing list or send newsletters. If a court order or applicable law required disclosure, we would comply — that has not happened and we don't anticipate it.
Form submissions live in our email records. We don't operate a customer database or CRM behind this site.

We'll confirm in writing once it's done. Note that we can only act on our own records — once a contractor has your details, their retention practices are theirs, and you'd need to contact them directly.
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising pixels.
This site is intended for adult homeowners and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information here, email us and we'll remove it.
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with an updated review date.
